Still have house items floating outside my house

Since the updates to the towns, some of my items are still floating outside my house and i cannot interact with them no matter what I try.

We considered abandoning the house but saw another post where items were lost because of exceeding the 500 unique item limit, so don’t want to do that as some of the house items are rare.

This was extremely foreseeable and concerns were raised before the patch. It is disgraceful that AGS not only refused to consider this issue but is slow to provide a workable solution.

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Housing items out back of my T4 home cannot be retrieved or swapped out. This is affecting a chest and trophy so I cant ever replace those.

  This affects anyone who decorated outside of MB T4 home in the NE area right next to the steps up to the town project board.

Not that it helps you, but they’ve released their solution on PTR to be released with the next major release.
