Still no Gear after tons of hoops and promises

Getting the run around with Customer Support about my missing Harvesting Gear . I have sent them my steam ID a DXDiag log and everything else they have asked for , waited until the 6th , waited a few days after the 6th waited until the patch, how much more waiting do I need to do for your mistakes until you do right and fix the problem you have caused? …

You are diminishing my gaming experience by not rectifying something that should be a simple fix without making me jump through so many hoops. It definitely doesn’t inspire confidence in your ability to provide a good product.

Despite your promises I still don’t have my gear. I’ve reported it via the forum repeatedly, submitted every piece of evidence you’ve asked for and my patience and understanding has run out. Higher tier harvested materials are hard enough to come by and the time I’ve lost by not having the luck on the gear as I did before it was taken has had a significant knock on effect on my crafting skills, therefore my overall game play has been negatively impacted. This issue has a fix, which I know as other players have had the gear you removed replaced. To make it easier for you as simply giving it back is apparently too difficult, I have priced up the equivalent of what I was promised in the trading post to give you the option of a gold compensation instead. Gloves 388, Hat 2888, Pants 1299, Shirt 1280 and Shoes 800 making a total of 6655. I am expecting to either receive the long overdue promised crate or the gold shortly.

According to [Notice] Update on Horticulture/Harvester Gear You should have received it by now.

Can you please PM me the game logs and DXDiag report, I will escalate it from my end and update you as soon as there is any update from Devs.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the missing gear, the Dev team is working quickly to correct this and replace the lost items with the next patch. Any player who had ever earned a single piece of this of this gear will be rewarded with a full set of equippable, bind on equip, Horticulture gear at the highest tier that was ever earned. The items will be distributed directly to players and show up as a armor chest that will deliver the full set of gear. This is the main link to follow Harvesting Gear Disappeared! - #34 by Sophi

if this helps I was on a different server when the items were taken

Surba Omnia - was old server used token and now on - Rocabarra Vanaheim Xi EU Central both were EU servers at the time

Yep I’m on the same boat. Missing my weaponsmith hat did everything they asked me for and they went ghost. It’s ridiculous.

It shouldn’t be this hard they know they messed up and removed it from the game , but still made us jump thru hoops and prove we had it and when we do , they still didn’t make it right … ALL WE ASK IS FIX WHAT YOU F’ed UP nothing more nothing less !!

Now after 20 days of saying it will be given to me in the next patch ,now you are telling me more research is needed . listen keep the f’ing gear and just give me the Gold 6800.00 will cover buying a new set you f’ing jokers !!!

I’ve noticed some folks did not get the Harvesting Gear after implementing patch 1.1.1, New World Update 1.1.1 - News | New World. We deeply apologize for that.

Items should’ve been distributed directly to players and show up as a armor chest that will deliver the full set of gear. See official post below.

If that’s your case, everyone is welcome to report this bug in [Megathread] New World 1.2.1 Update Bug Reporting if you haven’t done it yet. Our Community Manager Luxendra is collecting those so please make sure to use template below so we can get as much information possible.
