My escalation on this issue received a response from the team and I was asked to relay to you that they are already working on this issue and a fix has been identified. I’m sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the missing gear, the Dev team is working quickly to correct this and replace the lost items with the next patch. Any player who had ever earned a single piece of this of this gear will be rewarded with a full set of equippable, bind on equip, Horticulture gear at the highest tier that was ever earned. @Wolfes still nothing !!! Sick of the run around now and my patience has ran out Just give me the damn Gold so I can replace what you took away it has been months now , you guys already said yea I had it and needs to be replaced and would be done in the patch 10 patches ago but still nothing .
It shouldn’t be this hard they know they messed up and removed it from the game , but still made us jump thru hoops and prove we had it and when we do , they still didn’t make it right … ALL WE ASK IS FIX WHAT YOU F’ed UP nothing more nothing less !!

Now after 20 days of saying it will be given to me in the next patch ,now you are telling me more research is needed . listen keep the f’ing gear and just give me the Gold 6800.00 will cover buying a new set you f’ing jokers !!!

Did this about 3 times now WTF are you coping and pasting stop turning the page in the book next to you and giving us the run around stop telling us it will be in the next patch rolling out or you are going to ask the Dev team and JUST GIVE US OUR SHIT BACK>>>>>>>>… you need to make this right GEAR or GOLD no more delays . Stick the whole Thank you for your patience and understanding where the sun don’t shine . I have proof four (4) different times now saying that they checked my files and shown I did have the gear and would be replaced in the next patch but still nothing instead I am here getting j’ed off by you now what happen to @Lazer , @Arshi or @Wolfes ???
