Still no Harvesting Gear , like said after patch ! Need Gear or Gold to buy new set|!

Getting the run around with Customer Support about my missing Harvesting Gear . I have sent them my steam ID a DXDiag log and everything else they have asked for , waited until the 6th , waited a few days after the 6th waited until the patch, how much more waiting do I need to do for your mistakes until you do right and fix the problem you have caused? …
You are diminishing my gaming experience by not rectifying something that should be a simple fix without making me jump through so many hoops. It definitely doesn’t inspire confidence in your ability to provide a good product.
This is good to hear, I have a tier 5 harvester gear from before the time period when this all occurred, and also have not yet received the make good box.

According to [Notice] Update on Horticulture/Harvester Gear You should have received it by now.
Can you please PM me the game logs and DXDiag report, I will escalate it from my end and update you as soon as there is any update from Devs.

My escalation on this issue received a response from the team and I was asked to relay to you that they are already working on this issue and a fix has been identified. This fix will be applied in the upcoming patch. I do hope that will improve your experience with New World. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Despite your promises I still don’t have my gear. I’ve reported it via the forum repeatedly, submitted every piece of evidence you’ve asked for and my patience and understanding has run out. Higher tier harvested materials are hard enough to come by and the time I’ve lost by not having the luck on the gear as I did before it was taken has had a significant knock on effect on my crafting skills, therefore my overall game play has been negatively impacted. This issue has a fix, which I know as other players have had the gear you removed replaced. To make it easier for you as simply giving it back is apparently too difficult, I have priced up the equivalent of what I was promised in the trading post to give you the option of a gold compensation instead. Gloves 388, Hat 2888, Pants 1299, Shirt 1280 and Shoes 800 making a total of 6655. I am expecting to either receive the long overdue promised crate or the gold shortly.
Can you please give a response to something that was going to be fixed !?

2 days now after a month of wait I am still waiting WTF give me my gear back or give me Gold enough of empty promises and telling me to wait any F’ing more… fix it now !!!
