The shoulder of the Stonebark chest is bugged on my character. Perhaps it is specifically related to female chest models? Male armor seems to be fine. Pretty frustrating for a paid skin. Please fix!

It looks like this should have been fixed. Can you try taking off and putting it back on and see if it’s still an issue?
It is not fixed. I applied a different skin, reapplied. I removed all skins, reapplied. Still broken on the character’s right shoulder.
Again, this seems to only be an issue on female characters, so perhaps specify that the team look at both body models.

Another patch, still no fix. Is the team actually working on this? If not, can I have my marks refunded to spend them on something that isn’t broken?
Hi @Sara - the team is working on it. It doesn’t look like this fix will make it into the April patches, but should hopefully be slated for May!
That is hilariously slow for something from the cash shop. You really should not be putting things in that store until they are actually ready to be sold.
There are 21 visual fixes listed on the PTR patch notes. Stonebark still isn’t there, but Moonborne is. What gives? Is this getting fixed or not?
The fix cycle is roughly a month out from a fix due to the testing cycle and this was fixed mid April. I promise it’s incoming!
Not to dwell on this - but my company mate mentioned this yesterday, that the skin is broken for women. And how she wanted to buy one of the tents but couldn’t bring herself to buy more stuff when she hasn’t really gotten what she already bought.
I don’t care how many children cry about patching cosmetics, you need to honor what people are paying for. At the very least I’d say this would qualify for a charge back, but who wants to deal with that. You should offer some tokens to these people as an apology.
This is a core opportunity to reduce “friction” and demonstrate to ALL players who ever look at the cash shop… That AGS stands behind it’s store items and will make good in the event something goes wrong. That’s how the Amazon brand grew in the first place.

This is good feedback and I’m working to push cash shop items through quicker. Process change takes time (and I’m still new!), but we agree that you shouldn’t have to sit on a broken cash shop item!
