EST was 5 hours, ive waited for 7 and a half hours. 9 hours passed since downtime started and THE SERVERS ARE STILL NOT FUCKING UP

Yes, Im defending Amazon. I know they said 5 hours, but issues can happen.
All those complains wont make any difference and wont solve anything.
Being angry is jut not healthy for you. Do for yourself maybe?
We are consumers with a product we bought. Then the seller of said product continuously mismanage their shit so we cannot use it, and your telling me that we shouldn’t say anything. Of course they need to hear how dissatisfied the buyer is.

Only good thing about this break is that I didnt get to play today for the first time after I started playing haha. Its like amazon said “take a break”.
OF COURSE things happen and can take longer than expected, but they really should not be scheduled during a regions prime time, or take 5 hours, or fail proactively to communicate to their CUSTOMERS, when there is an issue. All of that is indefensible.

Big difference between 5 hrs and 9+ hrs during EU prime time. So yeah i think people have a right to be upset about it.
Or people can just move on and go outside or maybe bake a cake for their mom? Its not like the are deleting the whole game

They Should just told us hey EU forget about playing the next 24H. on patchday, this would have been 1000 times less worse then this…

But if you bought a product and several times the company has failed to deliver, people will get upset with you. That’s just the way it is when you sell a product and it dosent meet people’s expectations.
And when you have something that is handled as poorly as this is people have a right to speak their mind. Just common knowledge of services.

I’ve seen people shout, swear, throw things at young <16 year old bar staff for waiting a hour for food
Its not the first time since its release we have had problems like this with this title so i would not say that it is just 1 day. People’s response to this is probably (most likely) effected by those other issues as well. But hey thats it from me, maybe i’m just picky and have to high expectations from a game studio of this size.
