We are consumers with a product we bought. Then the seller of said product continuously mismanage their shit so we cannot use it, and your telling me that we shouldn’t say anything. Of course they need to hear how dissatisfied the buyer is.
Seriously… fucking NINE hours right now and still can’t play.
Only good thing about this break is that I didnt get to play today for the first time after I started playing haha. Its like amazon said “take a break”.
OF COURSE things happen and can take longer than expected, but they really should not be scheduled during a regions prime time, or take 5 hours, or fail proactively to communicate to their CUSTOMERS, when there is an issue. All of that is indefensible.
I’m not saying it’s the end of the world. (maybe end of “new world” hah )
But if you bought a product and several times the company has failed to deliver, people will get upset with you. That’s just the way it is when you sell a product and it dosent meet people’s expectations.
And when you have something that is handled as poorly as this is people have a right to speak their mind. Just common knowledge of services.
Its not the first time since its release we have had problems like this with this title so i would not say that it is just 1 day. People’s response to this is probably (most likely) effected by those other issues as well. But hey thats it from me, maybe i’m just picky and have to high expectations from a game studio of this size.
