Atleast they are working about problems.IDK what u problem is but , it is a game …There are bugs problems , if Amazon trying to solve problems so its okey . Don’t be a single player thoughed.They are working.I can see day by day.What you expect from amazon ? solve in 1 hours all problems.So not technelogically impossible in 2021. :S

Feedback is not defamation. Much of the feedback should go in the feedback forum, while general discussion is just for talking about your experience in the game, although that can overlap with feedback.
One of the problems these days is people misconstrue feedback as an attack or “defamation.”

I personally dont have big problem with the game, i’m having a lot of fun, but to try and shut people down who have experienced problems, however big or small is not right. They paid for somthing they have the right to complain when it doesnt work as expected.
Fair enough, I just personally don’t flip my script over a video game having bugs in the first week.
Now if a $20,000 car had an issue and I only had it for a week? You can bet I’m being at that dealership ASAP and getting it fixed.
Difference is: If that car malfunctions that could cost my passengers or I’s life. The game? Lose a few hours of entertainment. Ah well, there are literally thousands of other games to play in the meantime.

My money my rules, you will be allowed to command people what to do when you will pay for the said product for them until then you are the toxic one.
You don’t Like complains don’t read it usually you can tell by the title if its a complaint post or not.
Refund doesn’t work anymore, you are only allowed to refund after maximum 3 hours of game time which i spent on queues.
From my 100 Hours played at least 50 are Queue.
Thats why theres a feedback section instead of just flaming it. The game is as promised I dont know what youre upset about. Mad you spent 40$ just for the grind to be too hard for you?

I can see there are problems but it is normal. There is 850.000 People just start play in same time for queene.I checked other bugs , but they cured bugs to fix.I see diffrent games which owners are not capable to fix some problems and issues.Yes there are problems but at least they are trying to solve fastest.Just 1 week for a new MMORPG Game after horrable years yes there is a game which ++upscale average so if you are a real MMORPG player with great effort so you can be patient I believe .And yes ıts not perfect in time but fine ++enought highly well after these years. :=)
what even is this mindset? Paying for a product does not give you rights to command people. You bought the game, not slave rights to the devs

Why would you spend that long in a queue? Should have gone to a low-pop server.

Nobody cares about your opinion mate people will continue to complain as they paid for the game, get over it and ignore such posts if you don’t like it or close the forum because nobody care if you do i promise.
I don’t know where you get that i command people, we just express our concerns and list problems with the game for the DEV’s to be aware and fix said issues a normal thing to do when you receive a defective product and product that we all paid for.
I agree with the first sentence. But I find the opposite case, that many people disguise their defamation as feedback.
Good feedback would imply that you are constructive, don’t include personal insults to developers or others, not exaggerating, no self-important talk just to position yourself above someone else and not indulging in the usual “this game will totally fail because I don’t like feature XY” and “it’s worst mmo of all time because of that”. Any maybe, just maybe, while you state what you don’t like, you could also state what you do like (which is btw what I learned in my Psychology-bachelor about giving feedback - and yes, developers are also human)…
That to me would be good feedback. So, how much of what is called feedback in this or other MMORPG forums fulfills these criteria…?
