  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Maramma
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Rolling some gear using stopwatches and it rolled below the PGS level. yes i had all my trophies, a buff, food, and armor.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: wasted 6 days of crafting stopwatches, 3k umbrals, and leggo materials.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: NO

Unfortunately I have no further information regarding this :confused: . Our support team may be able to refund you but I cannot make any promises.

You will not receive anything back from the Dev Team. The same happened with me with the aptitude bug when first implemented and many arena orb’s that got bugged for me. I did not receive any compensation for it. Good luck.

Step 01: Disable Stopwatch consumption/crafting for the time being.
Step 02: Fix Stopwatch Crafting
Step 03: Refund and enable stopwatch Crafting.
