Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have put some of my things in the everfall and windsward after a mission and then went back to first light since i originally came there and logged out and decided to get my other stuff in everfall on the next day but as soon as i opened the map and looked at the “my storage” in everfall and windsward i noticed that my storage there is empty. I am completely sure that i put some of my things there from amirite mission. Also another bug i encountered that has been occurring to me most of the time is there is no settlements in my map so its kinda hard for me to fast travel from cities to cities.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: i stored all my things from expedition and lose it in one go, Also the map thing where my settlements are not showing are kinda tiring since i really have to walk from cities to cities

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: with the items no, but the map thing its sometimes shows, sometimes not and re logging or relaunching the game doesnt really fix it.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: the missing items just happened after i logged out, while the map thing happens 75% of the time i open the game.
