Storage transfer bug

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Nysa - EU
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: When transferring split items from one faction owned settlement to another the game will reflect a much lower gold cost than what is charged. This occurs because the game deducts gold based on the weight of the original stack of items as opposed to the few items that you split and transfer.

I.E. - 100 Iron Ingots in Windsward storage and you split the stack to 5 Iron Ingots in Brightwood and drag to transfer to your inventory. The Game will display the cost to transfer 5 Iron Ingots but actually deduct the amount of gold required to transfer all 100.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: By unknowingly wasting large amounts of gold.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Just split items in your storage and attempt to transfer them to your inventory from a larger stack in a different settlement.
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Lepus-EU
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can transfer all my items anywhere without worrying about which faction im transfering to. Not sure if this is a bug or just intentional. Or might just be an exploit.

I.E. - Go trading post and sell tab. Select the items you wish to transfer and set them at a unreasonable high cost so no one buys them. Then go to the setlement you wish to withdraw them by using the trading post and cancelling your orders. The cancelled orders goes directly into your inventory.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: no idea
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: actually made things a lot easier.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Try what I explained under I.E.
