These weapons used to be epic, but for some strange reason they’ve decided to turn legendary whilst being safely stowed away in my storage. As you might’ve noticed, they also provide 29 intellect and focus, while only providing 2 perks, so something is definitely wrong here.
Nah mate, it’s totally normal. When devs are fixing something they just make few more bugs.
They are aware of this and other staffs (and also few jewelery pieces). Just prepare for several new bugs when they fix it (if they fix it, it’s like this for more than a month already).
