I’m sorry that your character is stuck.
For future reference, I’m also listing some tips that one can try out if a character is stuck.
- Esc > In game menu > Unstuck
- Esc > In game menu > Recall to Inn
- Type command /unstuck in the in game chat
- Verify Verify Integrity of Game Files & restart the game
I believe by this time, your Recall cooldown might have been reset, and you were able to unstuck your character. In case, if the problem still persists, requesting you to verify the Integrity of Game Files as mentioned above and if still unresolved, requesting you to please reach out to Live Chat Support as they are in the position to create the tickets as required, that the devs end up reviewing.
