I create my pg, got a crash, restart the game and now i’m stuck at 1 in queue but nothing happen.
Any solution ?

I was never stuck but got stopped at 1 in queue. My PC said something about firewall and access, I just allowed it, maybe you have a similar problem? I never crashed and was able to get in the game.

Just to make sure, make sure you are not using a VPN, it could cause some problems for the queue (also check if the server went down for maintenance), hopefully the issue is already fixed because its been a couple of days but if it persists check the troubleshoot on this page: Troubleshooting Lag and Connectivity Issues - Support | Amazon Games

THIS is clearly a game issue and bug… it has happened to 1000s of people… I literally waited my 3-4 hours the first two days no problem then I download an update on day 3 and then it happens… THIS IS A GAME ISSUE… stop blaming it on connectivity… it isnt… i have 20ms ping I am so tired… of you pushing problems on us gamers who have waited in queue more than playing the game…
here is an idea put a holding spot in queue that last for 2 mintues so if you get booted out of queue you have 2 minutes to reclaim your spot

Look I honestly dont mind waiting for the first time… everyone does it… I GET IT… im not mad… but when i go from 1800 to 1 to just finally get you where not able to join queue… when i had been in queue for 4 hours Im getting MAD cause then my queue is back to 1800… and i have time invested in this character… this isnt fun to wait around in queue… there has to be a way to code a wait spot for if you get booted in que so you have 2-3 minutes to get back in… like it isn’t fair to us to wait twice…
Again waiting once… whatever IM cool with cause everyone has to… I am not better than the next guy… but getting booted is the real issue here… and making or coding something that can hold your place long enough to get back in it… but not so long it slows it down… I think is something fair to do…
yeah I have seen it brought up a couple of times, I left the feedback to the dev team already, and hopefully its implemented but currently all the effort is going to distributing the player base more evenly on the new servers to lower (or even hopefully remove) the queues, also we are looking into clearing any queue bugs just in case but it does take some time, I know its stressful right now, but we are working on it
. there is so much all of use love about the game… its not pay to win and your not conforming to the WHALES of the genre that can pay whatever to be better… everyone is on the same playing field… it isnt subscription… it is literally an affordable game at 40 dollars… cheaper than any AAA xbox one game or PS5 game… there is so much we love about this game… but this queue issue of waiting que all the way to 1 and the getting booted… this can loose alot of gamers… alot of people who came from WOW, FF14, Black Desert, GUild Wars, Blade and Soul, Lineage… we all came from these games to yours… and we just are feeling let down… the QUE im fine with the first time … really 4 hours get on at about 8 play till 2am… but come having to wait twice… in a row on the same day… like that isnt cool… and its not fair for us who have waited in the que for 4 hours already to have to wait another 4 hours.
Look im not trolling or hating on this game… I love it… and alot of us due… and 55 percent of negative reviews on steam are bogus man… it is just a queue… thing…
and frankly i would just hop on another server… but i have a guy level 20 with life skilling at way higher levels… I dont want to do all that again…
MAYBE the best thing to do is UNDO THE SERVER LOCK on the characters… until this queue thing settles down… and then have us pick a server to lock it into after the fact… like black desert you can go to any server any time with the same character…
AND I know that is not your intent and I MUCH RATHER HAVE LOCKED SERVER CHARACTERS… but until this thing blows over… it might be the best option
Honestly I could’t answer that completely, I don’t know how they were programmed so I dont know if there is an option to remove the server lock, and for the option the team is working on it seems (take it with a grain of salt not 100% confirmed) that you will be able to move your character and then it will lock on that server
yeah, we have had tons of people doing that, it screws over the queue, its a known issue and we have been working with the reports team about this as well as the devs but then again it takes some time to iron everything

Yesterday I joined the queue at spot 700. I, naively, tried some shortcuts for minimizing the game and had it shut down my queue spot at 350. That one was on me.
I then rejoined the queue at spot 930. After about 1.5 hours I came to spot 30 and I got the error message which you have to click OK and then not click on play. It correctly put me back in the queue at my 30 spot, moved me to 25 and almost instantly gave me the error message again. This time it did not set me back to spot 25 and after 10 minutes of waiting I rejoined the queue.
Spot 1900. This time all went smooth after another 2 or so hours, and when I got in I had to go make dinner. I made sure to come back every 20 minutes to move my char for a moment until I could really play.
Can you really blame me or others who look at the queue and know that if they got out of the game, they’ll have to wait again and may or may not get set back to the back of the queue?
