Stuck Knocked Down and Can't Be Revived (Immobilized Bug)

pretty messed up bug to be in the game and the devs not be on top of fixing this.

Ive been in this state for over a week. Still havent been helped.

Here’s my info should someone actually look at yours.

Character: Airetrea
Dead in the lake East of Scavenger’s Shore in Reekwater.
Also can not be rezzed, cant be killed by mobs, cant be killed in a group duel, cant recall/unstuck, cant join a Expedition/Arena/Outpost Rush to force out of the Immobilized Death bug. Been here over a week, and Customer Support is pretty useless in this scenario since they dont have GM/Dev privileges.

Ill also mention that Customer Support had me delete my character twice in their failed attempts to resolve the issue. Ive verified files on steam, changed key bindings for [E] and reverifid files etc. Nothing has helped.

dont feel too bad, I’ve been stuck under water immobilized for 4-5 days now, and amazon support is absolutely useless with no help. GG’s! hope you get fixed soon
