Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I’d suggest you try loging trough GeforceNOW. Its free and if you can move your character you might get it to work normaly on your pc again.
I had this weird crash each time I logged onto my main, no other caracter had the problem. After doind the steps above the access to my main was once again normalized.

i wanna try bro, but a miracle is happening yesterday, when i saw my wife accidentally open this game and play as normal game…idk what my wife did to my pc, but its instantly play after she touch my error game
