Stuck on EU need help getting back to NA East - 2/2 character bug with 0 actual characters

As described in the title I am stuck on EU central - Dry Tree, Im attempting to transfer to NA East but it will not allow me to. It says I have 2 characters that need to be deleted but I have nothing and it wont update on the server lists!

Same issue as this guy: Unable to Region Transfer Bug

I really hope it doesnt take 8 weeks to resolve it as it did for him!

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I managed to resolve it myself actually ty though @Wyvernn . It turns out that if you have 2 characters on the PTR it counts towards your live client, idk why. All it took was removing the PTR 2/2 characters and I was free to transfer. May want to tell the devs about that to avoid future headaches!

Too bad even when you delete PTR characters and have 2 regular ones, the game will still say 3/2 or worse and not allow you to transfer! been an issue for OVER a month or more and still no announcement or fix from this dev team. unacceptable

nah they still didn’t resolve it. no point in making a ticket they just closed my ticket and said that the devs are aware.

They just closed tickets and didn’t solve the problem. A friend of mine is stucked for 2 months. Things like theses make players quit the game. Too sad…
