[Suggestion] for Open World PVP and Territory Control

Hello everyone so i decided to officially make a suggestion to create what i think it might be a better solution for open world PvP and territory control.
Before i start i am a vateran Planetside 2/1 player so some of my ideias come from those games.

So with that in mind:

1- Make territory control be part of a constant fight between the 3 factions (Much like Planetside2) the way this would work in New world would be based on 2 Phases the Obectives Phase:
1.1- Objectives would be tasks/missions for Crafters, Combatants and PvE players alike;
1.2- Crafters would be tasked to craft and deliver items that are good for the incoming war phase(more on this later). These items would be delivered in the case of the defending faction within the fort and the attacking faction would both have an operations camp for the same effect. (Items like potions, food, and stuff that can be used by any players to help in combat);
1.3- Combatants would be tasked in the case of defenders to kills players around the fort and any objective zones, and attackers would be tasked to kill other players from the opposing factions within the objective zones and fort;
1.4- PvE would be focused on competing for killing specific mobs that would drop materials for the crafters, these drops would only happen when an objective would be active, and the drops would be automatically delivered to a cache that Crafters would use to pick up materials;
1.5- All the objectives will contribute to feel a War Metter that would be used to trigger the War Phase when full, this way the 3 factions have resources to use in the war, the metter can be changed to a set period of time instead;
1.6- For the objectives to work correctly there would be zones specific for the objectives where anyone inside it would be automatically put in PvP mode:
1.6.1- Camp of operations of each of the attacking factions and fort;
1.6.2 PvE zones for the PvE objectives.
1.7- The objectives would grant bonus related with the tasks for the participating players:
1.7.1- PvE would for instance get extra XP and Weapon mastery for each kill and an occasional high quality drop for that player level;
1.7.2- Combatants would win progression for pvp like the arena for each kill;
1.7.3- Crafters would win rare materials and occasionally Gypsum.

2- And The War Phase that would be triggered once a set number of points gathered by all ongoing activities is reached:
2.1- Now a new objective would start with a set timer let’s say 45min to control the flag in the Fort much like current wars but here anyone can participate;
2.2- Players of each faction would be granted a teleport to their corresponding base of operations for the attacking faction and fort for the defending one at the start of the phase;
2.3- Now only a huge area that engulfs all base of operations, fort and any area within them would be PvP always on so anyone inside it would have PvP toggled;
2.4- Players of each faction can get resources from the caches that were filled by the crafters within their bases of operation during the objectives;
2.5- Remaining materials can be used to create more resources if there is any remaining;
2.6- In the end of the timers the Company with more influence in both the Objective phase and War phase combined would be granted ownership of the territory;
2.7- The territory would enter in a cooldown period let’s say 2hours were no new phase can start.
2.8- Rewards would be sent to all of the players that participated but the wining faction would be granted more reward as an example the OPR reward would work great here losing side gets less reward then wining side.

3- Both of the previous mention phases should take a combined time of 2 hours maximum;

4- Players that don’t want to participate can avoid PvP On areas by looking at the map or visual markers;

5- Obviously the faction with more participants will most probably then not win but this can be countered by looking at each of the PvP On zones and buffing players inside it that have less numbers as an example:
5.1- Faction 1 has 30 players in the zone;
5.2- Faction 2 has 20 players in the zone;
5.3- Faction 3 has 10 players in the zone;
5.4- Faction 1 doesn’t get any buffs within that zone;
5.5- Faction 2 gets 5% bonus defense and offence;
5.6- Faction 3 get 10% bonus defense and offence;
5.7- This way there can be more or less a buff within each of the Objectives Phase zones as well the the big zone of the War Phase;
5.8- In the war phase you can consider the total amount of resources available to each faction as the balancing variable.

I hope this is clear but i would like to hear my fellow players as well as devs regarding it.
