Give luck stat a 1% reduced chance to be crit or damage taken in pvp for every 5-10 percentage points on gear so the stat is not completely worthless.
Kind perk in pvp- deal less damage and take less damage
Hated perk in pvp- take more damage and deal more damage

Hey while you are at it, can you mention to the team that we would also like off-perks like focus be viable for my dex/bow build?
Like maybe have focus just increase my overall damage so that I can use healer gear on a dex build?
Oh, it would also be super sweet if we could use int gear as a strength user!
