OPR is weird to me because it has no relationship to factions or territory or anything like the other parts of the game do. It just doesn’t tie in. One of the ways it doesn’t tie in is that you seem to be just as likely to be grouped with players from opposing factions as you are players of your own faction. I understand that this might be unavoidable at times depending on how people have queue’d up, but I’ve definitely fought against allies with enemies a number of times, so the system doesn’t seem to be trying to put your with your own faction at all.
In order to make OPR at least a little more meaningful and connected to the rest of the game, can it give preference to grouping you with your own faction over other factions? This would also be useful in that it would give you more practice working with allies so that you’re more effective together in open world PvP and wars.
