I noticed * Yulbrada merged into Lerna but these two servers combined still have a low population. I think Lerna should be merged into Delos so the population is similar across all AP Southeast servers?

This. Lerna got the short end of the stick in the merge
agree. idk why they merged the bigger pops to another bigger pops
