The spawn camping solutions haven’t been effective. Nobody wants to go out those side gates. The enemy team can still camp the other side of the wall.
Add brutes to the spawn exit. Make them respawn if they are killed.
Even better add something nastier like an Elite Thorpe.
Didn’t patch notes previously say they would allow players to attack from inside to outside but not the other way? What happened to that?
I certainly understand how deflating it can be when getting spawn camped over and over again. I will be sure to pass your suggestion to tackle this along to the team.

I still think the most effective way would be invincibility for a certain amount of time when you come out from your spawn like 5-10 seconds?
In that time you can mow down all spawncampers that will start to understand that spawncamping isnt gonna work anymore
