[Suggestion] PvP trading goods between cities

One of the most fun aspects of another mmorpg called archage was crafting trade packs and selling them in exchange of gold.

Perhaps something similar could be created in New World.

Players could craft certain “trade goods” at different stations and take “pvp town board” requests from one city to another.

Those items can only be carried if you are flagged for PvP, and you cannot use teleport/inn, etc to transport them to the destiny city.

Players who successfully transport the goods would be rewarded decent experience, faction tokens, perhaps influence in the delivery territory, and a decent amount of gold, perhaps azoth as well.

Players would have the challenge of transporting those goods to the destinity city and fight in pvp against enemies trying to do the same thing. On kill, items could be taken from inventory, or not.
Reward would scale off the distance and the difficulty of the crafting.

Finally, settlement territories could also benefit from it. Every time a “trade” good is delivered at the destiny city, the price of the goods sold would be taxed based on the trading taxes of the territory.

Why would it be good?

  1. Extra possibly infinity crafting items sink. It would be an extra motivation for players continue to craft. Perhaps, even Players that are just crafters could craft those items and sell in the marketplace for players who would be more interested in the pvp adventure of delivering them.
  2. Support “ghost” territories. Most players settle in fewer zones, and outside territories struggle in develop and get richer from taxes, and different quests/missions directing items to be delivered at those territories could potentially help a little bit with their revenue.
  3. An extra content that can create a challenge for pvp and interaction with the world.
