Suggestion : Targeting Issues - Friend and Foe

Something that has plagued me more and more as I get further into the end game and group/raid more is the inability to target lock and target highlight Friend and Foe alike. That stated I do address the PVP situation that should disable some of this option toward the end.

What I’d like to have is the ability to select a target readily and maintain it. Mostly I just want to know I’m attacking/healing what I’m after.

I am not asking for target lock on my screen to auto follow the target with the camera as I believe that the target being able to move and duck out of your way is key to the combat system for dodge/evasion system.

Ideally I would like a Space Combat type HUD that lets you see where your target is, especially due to the chaos of spell effects and raid level amount of Players jamming up against big mobs. Additionally, I think it would be excellent for those encounters where off tanking is extremely necessary.

I do understand that it would have to be limited to PVE/Monster/Ally play only due to the PVP advantage this would offer as taking cover in things like grass and bushes would be useless and they are a game tactic.
