Suggestion to solve stun meta

We all know, in New World, the more stun you have against your enemies the better.

How others games solve this issue without complains by its players base?

Like many other games, we could have the solution implemented in World of Warcraft:

While being stuned/root for other player, it can happen 3x in a limited period of times and then you are immune to stuns/root for another period of time.

Eg:
If you get stunned or rooted 3x under a minute, you are immune to stuns and root for another minute.

The numbers can be adjusted but the ideia is the same.

They just need to implement diminishing returns, and it would be fine.
