[Suggestion] Unite luck perks under gathering, refining, crafting

I think currently there is too much perks about crafting and harvesting at this point. I get it that u wanted to show like there is a lot of perks, but quantity is never better then quality. Amount of gear you need to constantly switch is way over the line.
I proposed that you remove specified perks like harversting luck, mining luck, skinning luck and replace it with single scalable perk gathering luck. scaling by tiers from 2% to 5%.
Same thing i think should be done with crafting perks and refining perks, remove them all and introduce something like refining luck and craftting luck. That way u still will have 3 roles that fits perfectly and don`t annoy people with 100500 perks and gear items they constantly need to use\store.
