So i think most people will agree Dex weapons are underperforming compared to there melee and range counterparts aswell as heavy armor kinda ruling the armor meta ATM so I have a suggestion to help with both of that.
What if at 150 Dex you gained 15 percent armor pen as a bonus
And at 300 Dex you gain 25 percent armor penetration (current 15pervent ammo return is kinda bad too and only benefits half the Dex weapons)
It makes sense since Dex is a stat more about hitting spots you want aka less armored parts and strnis just bout hitting hard in general for example.
It also provide a counter to heavy armor which I think 80 percent of people are running ATM.
I feel it will be a step in the right direction balancing wise.
