No explanation at all expect claiming i violated code of conduct somehow, the worst of all ‘‘custormer service’’ could even ask me to provide more evidence about something i have no idea about! And most probably AGS ‘‘customer service’’ has absolutely no idea about it as well that’s why they don’t write it!! I still didn’t mind it after all it was a short ban but when i logged in next day i saw i got banned again and again without any explanation:
So i sent another ticket and demanded them to explain what is this ‘‘cheating’’ exactly? However once again AGS ‘‘customer service’’ couldn’t provide slightest information and only claimed my ban is merit and they won’t respond about the issue anymore:
Such a ridiculous ‘‘customer service’’ which very obviously has no idea about anything! I seriously doubt they actually check if my ban is merit at all rather just copy pasted some paragraphs blindly. I didn’t engage in any cheating activity at all so i demand a proper investigation into my bans and finally an explanation how exactly i was ‘‘cheating’’. This kind of ridiculous ‘‘customer service’’ would only harm AGS and must be changed ASAP…
Just letting you know, no one on the forums can help with bans, you’ll need to contact support for that, but these temporary bans seem to be linked to the recent trading and crafting exploits.
That reason specifically seems to be linked to the trophies and crafting, rather than the trade issues.
Did you change your trophies in the last few days?
As I’ve said in other threads, it’s entirely possible newer players would have no idea they weren’t supposed to stack trophies. You are only supposed to be able to put one type of trophy per house.
I recently crafted mining trophies and changed them but i have no idea we could stack them. So i seriously got banned for a week because i crafted some mining trophies? Are they serious??
By the way i don’t want my ban to be removed or anything rather i want an EXPLANATION, why exactly i got banned. So called ‘‘customer service’’ doesn’t respond anymore as they said in their last ‘‘helpful’’ message so i had to use forum instead…
And ofc the topic is locked within 5 mins, AGS really deserves and must listen negative feed backs…
