I didn’t change any graphic settings since the last update, and before I was running the game without any issue at all. As you can see on the top right corner, my FPS are crap.

At first it was super pixelated characters, now it’s everything.
Turn off Dynamic resolution?

It just makes no sense, Just a few days ago I was playing just fine. Now it all messed up and I can’t even play due to the world being messed up and everything being 360P
Does your fps work well tho? What fps do u get?
Not very much, since today barely 20 just a few days ago got 60 easy.
Had the same issue after 1.0.3 patch. I changed visual quality back and forth between low and high and somehow managed to remove the blurry/pixeled graphics and also improve fps again. After restart it looks bad again tho.
Edit: Playing on low for now, seems to be the best quality/performance (usually playing on high).
For me is unplayable also in low (12fps). A friend of mine with a less powerfull graphic card is playing without problems.
I checked my connection, windows updates, integrity of the game, vpn’s, other programs running in background… and nothing works.
I jump in the menu and I already have 5 or 6fps with the same settings I used before patch (that everything runned smoothly).

I have the solution, at least for me:
reading other posts I saw people mentioning that Citrix workspace (a software used to connect remotely) had an update and that is the issue for the ping and fps on the game.
Don’t know if u guys have the same software or anything related, but might be good to take a look to it. Thanks everyone for your responses!
Ya don’t have that software. even tried unristricting the DPI but that made it worse lol 
i have the same exact issue, everything looks pixelated and i have to zoom in on characters/objects for them to load in texture. nothing changed even when all sliders are at low.
I also have blurry graphics since the new 1.0.3 patch. And I have tried everything. The highest graphic quality looks like 480p.
wow how you do this? i want these graphics… so u dont see all the useless grass and bushes anymore also?
i mean im not graphic whore, i always played most games on worst possible graphics but i cant get em so low as you got em in screenshot…

I have the solution or at least it worked for me. You have to disable the dynamic resolution in the options.

Everything was fine until today.
Super pixilated and awful graphics. Will try to disable the dynamic resolution

Fixed the graphics, but now the amount of lag is insane, what tf is wrong with this game lol
