Describe the issue you are experiencing: The “support beam” running through the middle of the room in Everfall homes is raised higher than carpet and the carpet gets “tucked” under it (see screenshots).
Frankly, the support beam running through the wood floor should be UNDER the wood floor itself, it should be seen a beam running through the room from the bottom floor looking at the ceiling. I don’t think the artist is versed in construction.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Place carpet on the bottom floor of this tier 4 house and the carpet will go under the support beam.

When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) I got the home a couple days ago. Its been like this since then. Todays date is 10/26/2022
