Issue that occurred: “You cannot have active trading post buy/sell orders before transferring.”

Location where issue occurred: Windsward
Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue:
Cleared Steam Download Cache
Visited Trading Posts to make sure no orders are active
Attempting to xfer to Valhalla
