can someone reply to my support ticket or join the live support chat? been waiting 6 hours for a live chat that says someone will join in 1 minute. and have been waiting for a response on my ticket for 5 days

I typically get a response in 30s for live chat and 5-6hrs for web tickets. Web tickets can take up to 3 days though (usually not on weekends), and live chat could just be bugged for you (I get responses even at 3am

As for the message you sent through the Contact Us section of our website and which hasn’t received a response for 5 days, please send another message asking for an update on it.
