• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Bow mastery talent (Surprise Attack) is not working. having me LOSE OUT ON 20% DAMAGE INCREASE

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Nothing because the bug does not give a buff or show increased damage on mobs after waiting for 10 seconds.
