I wasnāt expecting them soon, lol, and yes, it could be years. I suppose they might not have worked out what they are going to do vis a vis mounts and open world pvp yet.
PVP is terrible atm so i doubt they will add any movement changes as this will only make it worse.

For respeccing, I believe, yes.
The idea is you just use Azoth to unlock another āslotā for you to drop in one of the specialty crafting materials. Right now thereās zero actual reason to use Azoth in crafting because itās still going to be RNG, with you being able to control ONE attribute (ie: what Attribute Points it has or a gem slot).
ā¦Azoth is just guaranteeing you a spot in on the RNG Wheel of Fortune.
((Thatās not to say you have to, you could just not use Azoth and play your luck.))
I, personally, think itās stupid to use RNG to create scarcity. Iām the crafter. I should be able to fine tune what Iām making.
Just like to point out that OSRS polling system only makes changes when 75% of the player base votes to approve of a change.

I like the ideas! and honestly I agree, having higher Azoth caps that go up with level would be amazing. I also want to add maybe have different tiers of vials of suspended Azoth? So like low tier gives 50-60 and higher tier like 100-150?
The more I read about it the more I think azoth should be completely scrapped and re-designed from the ground up lol. I agree that crafters should have control over the items they create, but then AGS would probably need to make gear drop with more reasonable stats, instead of warhammers with intelligence or something stupid like that.
That 75% in OSR would be to prevent abuse of the system. I would imagine if at least two thirds of the player base support an idea, it would be a good idea to implement it (so long as it isnāt going to negatively impact other game mechanics). 89% said the cap should be raised and 73% said costs should be reduced, so AGS should definitely look at these at the very least.
I bumped the thread on a daily basis, and tried to do so at different times of day. However, due to not having any sub-forums COUGH COUGH MODS anything that gets posted rapidly falls down the screen and gets lost, unless itās something with a particularly inflammatory title.
Yeah, I like that idea. You have different sizes of potions etc after all. Canāt see why we shouldnāt have that with azoth.
Another thing that Iāve been thinking is that the Azoth/Fast Travel set up feels like too much of a compromise between two different ways of implementing travel. It would have been better either to have a) no fast travel at all, with autorouting and a travel stance with travel skills (this turn travel into either an afk thing or a fun mini game, as per Black Desert Online), or b) cheaper and easier teleport options.
Part of the problem is that, since fast travel is actually a thing, people want to use whenever they need it, and it feels like an arbritary penalty when you canāt.
