When playing opr, I’ve noticed several ranged people are way too accurate, so with a little sleuthing, I noticed there were a bunch of aimbots out there for new world. Are you guys doing anything to check and see if these things actually work and start banning those that are caught using them if they do?

They dont. I dont know anyone that got banned due to aimbot use.

It’s very noticeable. There are two players in particular on my server, that as soon as I start getting hit by them somehow I know it’s them, and sure enough when I die it is. All we can do is report them I guess? It’s pretty frustrating, and I am sure it’s influencing wars too. One guy was actually headshotting me when I arbitrarily jumped after dodging 
. Such an obvious giveaway to me.

This has to be a issue, I play BOW/SPEAR, and I could just be bad at it, but I see some BOW players they Headshot me 2 times in a row all the time and I dodge, jump, move from side to side. NOTHING WORKS!!! And sometimes this happens from a really large distance, I can barely see from where they are shooting. On my server this is not really common but you run into these people that have to be using AIMBOTS in OPR. I just can’t believe someone is so good and lucky to land headshots so often.
Headshots with a bow on a moving target are not easy to make.
Haven’t seen anyone aimbotting on my server (which is top #5 in US East, population wise)
Been playing Counter-Strike for 20+ years, so I have a little bit of experience noticing this.
Some people are really good at musket & bow. (not me, i’m washed up, lol)
I know 1 person on my server thay uses aimbot and script, he gets pulled for wars all time and gets 35 kills and 0 death .
Time to wake up Dev team and CM it is clear the implantation of this anti cheat is non functional time to get off your asses vacation is over and start manually reviewing reports and taking action
It’s not even a secret anymore, devs don’t do anything about it.
Dev team using the aimbots too cause they suck. Thats the twist.
