When swapping weapons and pressing any directional key, the animation for weapon swap will be restarted.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating when wanting to swap to weapons and immediately use an ability as you have to wait for the animation to end after it has been restarted serveral times. After you finally hold completely still to allow the animation to end, then the ability will que and cast. This has a huge affect on PVP gameplay as it delays an ability that is needed immediately, costing precious seconds that can be the deciding factor of a win or a loss. The ability ice shower will not be cast while this animation is restarting.

Swap weapon then press left right left right left right or any direction change and the weapon never fully swaps, repeating the animation over and over.
