my company recently switched faction going from purple to green and i accidentally went yellow. im now unable to flag up with them and partake in open world pvp. i would really appreciate any feedback or help you can give.
Nothing they can do. Was a user end mistake. Wait till cooldown for your transfer is up if still available to transfer
i get it was a user error but they really should be doing everything they can to keep their players happy. not like they have an abundance of dedicated players.
I feel you. Issue is with cases like these you can’t differentiate honest mistakes and possible abuse. So they need a general answer to this or it’ll leave room for abuse/liars. Sorry to hear but hopefully you’ll pay more attention next time.
