The game pretty clearly thinks we all have completed the story line while the faction swap reset all progress for the ranking system. As stated by others, this is very critical to fixing both now and before the dungeon mutations. If not fixed, we’ll all very likely be unable to participate in dungeons and as they are the main source of the new umbral shards, we’ll quickly fall behind. I’d rather not do this but it would be pretty demoralizing and would likely result in my departure from the game.

Still getting this issue, Have submitted a ticked but still no response.
Going to be hard to do end game without a fix…

Any other detail you want to add: Switched over from yellow to green. Did the starter quest. Stuck on Trial of the Gladiator. It had me kill 3 spots. But then it reset, Unable to get the quest in Cutless Keys.
Seems the grapes are having fun too.
How the hell is there still no fix for this issue yet? You are able to release new content but disregard the content you already have out…? This bug prevents alot of end-game content for me (& others) - chisels (obtaining tuning orbs for arena and expedition gypsums), runes for bags/chests, and other miscellaneous faction items. Are you not able to just have the quest line retain a persons ranking by faction instead of resetting? Seems like a straightforward solution for a simple problem that you can’t seem to address. Problems like this is what pisses off the devoted player base and pushes us away. Fix this ASAP

Is there new Information about this Bug already?
Really pathetic, those bugs that very much need a fix immediately is seldom prioritized and normally overtaken by introducing new features we don’t give a damn. How pathetic strategy. This is a classic example of a vital part of a game that is left undone.
The bug is very much unfair for Marauder’s side, as it stops most from crafting tuning orbs, better sachels, and other stuff you put in the faction store.
I totally agree with what @hardc0l2ed just said. I’ve been affected by this for 3 weeks now, unable to buy Asmodeum Chisels in order to craft my weekly expedition orbs. With all this I lost 3 Lazarus and 9 Genesis tuning orbs, what is going to be done about this ?

Any other detail you want to add: i was maurader on grus and faction changed to yellow then after server merge happened my company went back to green. Since then i cannot progress my faction quest line. ive made several reports about it both via web ticket and ingame feedback and the issue persist. I have not been able to craft dungeon stones for the duration of this bug and to be hones tim getting really angry about the bug. Please fix my quest line so i can start playing the game again and make dungeon keys…

Any other detail you want to add: Unable to begin “Trial of the Gladiator” quest. I was a Marauder previously and had completed the whole quest line, but I Faction swapped to Covenant approximately 1.5 months ago. I have since swapped back to Marauder, and am unable to continue the Faction quest line. My suspicion is that I cannot obtain the quest from ‘Ravager Silas’, because she was killed at the end of the Marauder quest line that I had completed in the past. Because I cannot advance through the quest line and increase my Marauders Faction standing (currently stuck at ‘Soldier’), I am unable to obtain the appropriate Faction Level to purchase Starmetal and Asmodeum chisels to craft Arena and Dungeon Orbs, therefore barring me from entering dungeons and obtaining Citrine and Sapphire Gypsum to progress my Expertise.

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I started with syndicate, changed to covenant a few weeks ago, changed to syndicate again after recent reset. Now I can’t accept the Quest trial of the Scrivener from the Syndicate Guy in Brightwood. The quest shows on the map, but if I talk to him, there is written [Level 24 required for Brightwood faction missions]. My character is lvl 60. Relogging did not affect the problem.
