- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The stats for sns are split on sword and on shield, the stats on the shield are only used when the sword is out, they should be used if a sword and shield are equipped, another bug is when defensive formation crosses paths with another defensive formation it can actually remove the fortify of some targets, this I believe only happened after patch 1.04 but I could be wrong on that. p.s. please fix regenerating perk!

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: defensive formation a target, get a second sns to do the same and then get the same sns to walk away, for the stat one just pop sword out and check stats then sheathe and check stats
