- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Bought the pants in the title, 520gs epic, two affects with a socket (reduce max cds 2.5 secs & crits deal 4.5% less damage to you). Also used the focus/constitution sigil to change the stats since these are the medium dex/con pants. When I did, the item I got back was not the item I bought. Now it is a blue, 520gs with the right stats but the reduced cd% has disappeared. So I’ve lost the item I purchased and got a downgraded item instead by using the sigil to change the stats.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: This is a bug, as it has never happened previously and I can’t believe it is intended for items to be downgraded once purchased from the Faction Vendor just by changing the stats.
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I purchased it for 25K Faction tokens.
