• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Syndicate Alchemist Pants of the Barbarian, (Tier 5 Medium Leg wear) once use seal of barbarian attempting to change the Leg Wear to Strength / Constitution, from Dexterity / Constitution, it would change from purple to blue, resulting in a loss of a perk (refreshing).

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Purchase Syndicate Tier 5 Medium weight leg wear, go to outfitting station with barbarian seal and azoth, change pants into strength and constitution.
