It continues, It seems like all the faction missions I have in the northern regions are bugged and won’t complete, even once they’re completed.

Here is another example:
showing in the faction rep, that it’s not complete:

Showing that it is, in fact complete.

This one was a major pain in the ass, so not being able to complete it is extra aggravating.
