upon taking up syndicate pve mission purge meadow lake fishery when you pin the quest it does not show up on your map. and when you got to meadow lake fishery just north of everfall the mobs are not marked as part of your quest and your quest marker on the compass shows the quest to be 11km away due SW out in the middle of the ocean as i went to the edge of the ocean and marker on compass still showed 7km away in the ocean
