Please point out my hypocrisy.
It does, look to the left of it.
What schematics can you get with what the tool sells for? The best part? You get to choose the schematic(s) to purchase after profiting off the tool.
Your way of thinking is amusing.
Burger King ideology lmao!
I did. Lmao
Naw. You just quoted me. What did I say that qualifies. Explain it as if you were talking to yourself. Lmao
So, what you are saying is, I need to explain it to you like a child? Hmmm, it seems like the word “kid” was properly used. Or as we say “back in my day” … “If the shoe fits!”
I know my hypocrisies. You do not.
You just called yourself “a child”…nice. You were so fast to come up with an edgelord response, you fell for one of the classic blunders.

AS before, you use only parts that fit your ego.
What does the rest say?
You are amusing.
ENJOY
Copy and paste fail reply. Keep going, we’re dying over here.
Sheep will always echo. Co-dependency is grand!
Agreed, he just wants a wishlist.
Yeah because this is the only thing that makes sense here. You can complain all day but in the end no one knows what you really wanted to get. Maybe you just dont know what is out there? Do me a favor and put the gold fish in porcelain on the list.

I wish I took a screenshot of mine now that all of you mention it…I got a corrupted crest. ![]()
The issue isn’t the reward, it’s people forcing the reward expecting something good for their gold/time expenditure and getting frustrated after they’ve realized they’ve wasted thousands of gold for crappy rewards, I used to be this way as well, always throwing away thousands of gold just to destroy mahogany stain and throw stupid rewards on the ground in spite.
best advice i’ve ever gotten for this game was after my 6th level of aptitude in furnishing when my friend said “just don’t force it” so i didn’t. I went about my way, helping craft for the server/selling furniture occasionally and just opening the boxes as i got them. I got an ephemeral seal out of the last one, i was stoked! no effort and free money, exactly how aptitude was supposed to work.
tl;dr the issue isn’t the system, it’s you. stop trying to force it.
if you want to force a profession for aptitude boxes, get JC and find a way to monopolize the brilliant gem market or one of the other markets. JC is the only skill i’ve ever made gold off of forcing the aptitude levels. and even when you get botched boxes the loss isn’t as terrible as it is in furnishing, which is the WORST profession to force an aptitude box on.
This was never about gold, it was about a crappy schematic.
it’s the luck of the draw. if everyone got a golden-steel from t3 furnishing caches, then all schematics would be crappy.
And you still used only a portion of the discussion to fit your agenda (wishlist).
The item on the left of the schematic is worth quite a bit. That GOLD that you get from selling that tool would allow you to choose ONE OR MORE schematics.
In reality, very beneficial Aptitude chest. In your reality, you want it your way and anything else is unacceptable.
Enjoy!
This is how they were supposed to be treated- that apptitude crates were bonuses for the crafting and trades that we already did. There were NOT designed to be profitable when grinded specifically for gain.
You can make a profit on armoring aptitude crates from time to time, depending on prices on your server. I’ve gotten 3 Shards of Consecrated Iron (Freedom Perk), some Shining Animus and Brilliant Animus (Refreshing Evasion and Refreshing) and Squirming Vines (Shirking Fortification) from various Armoring crates. I also got a Sliver of Consecrated Iron (Sacred) but I’m not sure if that was from Armoring or Jewelcrafting.
It’s not going to be profitable to use CD mats, obviously, but doing Infused Silk or Infused Leather, depending on your server prices, and then just base level mats for everything else it can be cheap enough from time to time. Of course, the more people that do it, the more those items hit the market, bringing the value down.
Furnishing Aptitude crates are the super lottery tickets. The only ones that you can hit something that could get you 50k+. So people are going to grind it, then get mad when their T3 gives them a Rabbit’s Foot instead of a Corrupted Totem. Or an Old Straw Cot schematic instead of a Golden Steel Storage Chest. Like everything else in this game, you can farm them, but it’s not likely to be cost effective for you.
Thats gambling for ya
