T4 house needed in reekwater

It boggles my mind why there isn’t a t4 house in Reekwater

It’s an end game zone–and on the outside of the map (which means it generally pulls less money in) …even fully upgraded there are not enough people buying housing in RW to support it being upgraded.

I believe the main reason for this–no t4 houses avaiable. If there was a t4 house option or two, this may help this terrority do better overall.!

This is currently in the PTR I can confirm. I have pictures posted in the Ebonscale T4 house thread in my profile if you want to see.
