I have never wanted to take everything from storage… never.
but I have, on the order of 5 times now, accidently hit the key combination to take everything from storage and put it in my bag.
In this case, an angst pop-up message demanding confirmation would be reasonable.
As a person who has twice already “taken everything from storage” without even realizing how it happened, I’ll just go ahead and +1.

Agreed. I’ve done this enough times to be annoyed as well.
I too, keep taking EVERYTHING from storage.
Often, I attempted to dismantle items “in storage”, which lead to hitting “E” to confirm dismantling of items – [that instinctively gets hit, I can’t stop myself] – yet, instead of dismantling … you know what happens sometimes. {the confirmation button doubles as take-all}
To try to adapt, I started moving items “out” of storage, into inventory, then closing storage and opening the player-inventory to dismantle them. But of course … if you don’t step away from storage, the dismantle confirmation will double as re-opening storage (yep).
– Now, I find myself walking at least 7-10 feet away from storage before dismantling items “removed from storage”, sans the times I forget → leading to … yeah, of course I still do it from time to time.
Not only would I like to see a confirmation prompt, yet also for the prompt to not permit keyboard shortcuts.
+1 On The Pop Up Question To Take All From Storage, Missclicked Few Times When Salvaging Stuff
I did it the first time the other day. It made me laugh, curse, then slowly dump everything back (why is there no ‘Drop All’ button to throw everything back in?). Removal or at least a confirmation box would be nice
angsty – yes… most times pop up confirmations are like an anxious teenager trying to pick out clothes for a dance “I’m not too sure about this, oh … maybe not … are you sure? I can’t be sure unless you absolutely tell me this is the right thing… cause I don’t think so… YES or NO?”
Ok 
I know what angst means, I only never heard it used in that manner until now.
