• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: accepted the quest continued on with the main quest because i was too low level for the area came back at a higher level. when it came time to turn the quest in the NPC was missing. unknow if latest patch made the NPC disappear glitch

• When did this happen? 12/03/22 EST
