Tanks not getting any rewards. Ags workers need to research mmo tank structure!

The reward system and scoring of the game is so ridiculous. I’ve been a tank player for as long as I can remember. I’m not going to cry here because the tank is weak, but there is no other game where tanks don’t get awards for activities in the game. In Pve you can’t hit bosses and monsters too much since you usually stand on the block and your chance of getting a drop from them is near zero. I admire the mind of the person who arranges the rankings such as outpost rush, wars, invasions in pvp. The Healer is always at the top of the rank by only healing. That’s wrong, okay, but why do tanks always have to be last? As a tank that fights for 20 minutes in Outpost rush, if you don’t kill it, you leave without receiving any rewards. God, I’ve done this so many times. I know I fought in less than 20 minutes. While playing on enemy cc and cancer, the war ends at the end of 20 minutes and there is no reward for not having enough points. How long will this nonsense go on? What is the point of taking thousands of damage in wars and invasions and not being able to benefit from rankings and high rewards? I think you don’t really know what the tank structure is. You should play some mmo. We are the defense and cc class, but this has no place in any activity in the game. I also understand that mobs push when they hit, but why are they pushing the tank? Why is a blocked tank pve being dragged back 20m in every boss battle? Isn’t the logic of the block absolute defense? Did you really play h8c tank in pve? While trying to stand in the sacred ground, you get away from it for every damage you take. Or the empty hits you and pushes you to the side and back, and therefore incurs the wrath of the boss in other dps in the team. I can’t even imagine playing range dps. I’d probably go nuts if I tried to hit a boss that was constantly pushing the tank. Network employees need to write mmo tank on the internet and do research. They have been continuing this nonsense for about 4 months.

I played a ton of melee and the Outpost Rush credit system is fucked. I have played a ton of games where I get a bunch of knockdowns, but the casters and ranged people behind me snipe the kills immediately. It’s a challenge to get a kill while in the middle of a moshpit of CC and attacks. As a healer now, I get credit more often, but some of the super fast games (whether I’m on the winning or losing side) doesn’t pay me out at the end. I heal the entire time and get nothing. It’s a slap in the face when you spend 40 minutes in a horrible loss of a game, too.

I tried tank at start and noticed the only reward I got was a big repair bill.

Tried healer still no reward for open world bosses.

Im now DPS and get rewards on open world because I do high damage.

It is a shame to be pushed into a play style I don’t enjoy just to be able to roll the already RNG hell that is this games reward structure

This is a real problem - “tanking” is not being rewarded for contributing in OPR nor in Wars. See games like LOL and Overwatch if you need examples of how to properly reward tanks please.

This all falls under the topic I posted on what is crippling New World… a quick TL;DR is…

They changed the vision/direction of the game but didn’t change the core code/mechanics running the game. So we have a PvP game to it’s “core” that has been spray painted with the letters PvE on it’s “exterior” hoping that would make it so.
