Target healing issues

I love the changes that are going trough in next patch, but please if we will have cast time on main skills can we at least make them not to miss the target?

I wind up a lights or divine embrace on a target, than he moves a bit to far and skill is going to ground, healing nothing, and going on cooldown.
Same thing happens when your friendly teammate dodges exact time you got a healing animation on him, you lose the spell on cooldown and he doesn’t get healed.
