He does fire and void I think. The circles are fire.

think your right there circles are fire dmg. really hard to tell since there is no symbol for each dmg type. for instance the dot from isabella looks like fire icon but is corruption.

Hi, just for clarification, do you mean only the next AOE circle won’t spawn there or all subsequent circles of this phase as well?
Is it the same for the next phases?

The icon and the buff and debuff bar is irrelevant. Look at the damage typ icon next to the damage numbers
And corruption is void damage
the ones that are spawning at the time the mob does, there is a new set of spawns and circles each time after the first round of circles.
i wonder if they’ll nerf a bit the bosses (specially the second) i’m wearing medium armor and around 580 gs (so over the top end of what’s required) and kept getting oneshotted by some of the skills, even when moving (maybe bad luck too)
how many people around the actual 550 to 570 gs have done it without issues?
sounds like body slam or his power shot, both do really high dmg.
yeah, one was the shot, i was moving sideways, but maybe i was too close to the boss so still got me. don’t remember what the other one was.
range can just run, melee needs to dodge it comes pretty fast.

i’m both, spear/bow. but i was meleeing since i think it does more damage.
also, one time i didnt even see the tag on my head, so maybe it wasn’ even for me and i just crossed the path that went for a team mate.

If you struggle to heal in Genesis or Lazarus, do not heal in Tempest. It is harder to heal here.

have to agree on both counts. on issabella you can actually stay in alot of her AOE abilities in heavy giving you alot more dmg than light players.

if you have issue avoiding the circles. start running to the middle as soon as the circle explodes. By the time the icons pop up right before the circles spawn your already in the middle of the room and have lots of time to find the safe spot

What do the cores do? I remember a run when we panicked and didn’t kill in time, only to realize it didn’t do much damage. Does it add burn stacks? Totally going to continue destroying them for sure but always curious what the underlying mechanic is.
Also that tincture thing is amazing. As a healer having to use heals on myself sometimes is rough. So thanks for that!

Ah that explains it a bit. We were like, that was nothing! Then proceeded to die quickly afterwards. Just didn’t keep track of what it was that killed us haha. Can’t wait to get back to fighting the guy again. In pubs it’s all about exploiting it unfortunately.
most of the pugs i have done it with do it legit but when i join a pug that just wanna exploit it i just jump off and die and let them do it
